I find myself in need of a Remington bolt knob. Handle is threaded. I do not like the big tactical style bolt knobs you often see. What is the smallest available bolt knob anyone has seen that can screw onto a threaded handle? TIA

I'm not a fan of big knobs either, so I went with Hollands bolt handles timed & tig welded on several guns.

Won't help you now, but something to consider in the future.

+1, I have had Karl do a number of them for my rifles, I like them better than the factory one, and don't think they are overly big compared to many other ones out there.

PT&G has some options (depending on the threads with your existing handle):

I wish I were correct handed...or my rifles were. For lightweight guns I just hollow out the (Rem) stock handles. For those I want to add a knob to (you know, they’re really not knobs), I go small and add Karl’s Campfire knob w/flutes. A naked knob (sans flutes) just looks so.....naked. Not good in this case.

This is a nice little one. I have one on a Mack Bros Evo. It’s a lot smaller than it looks. I’ll post Some pics tomorrow.

Yes, it is. I have one on one of my Rem 700's, love it.

Awesome thanks. Just ordered a Pure Precision Slim from Red Hawk as it is a skosh smaller than the Kampfeld Campfire knob.

I just noticed I had my list mixed up. The Pure Precision Slim is in the middle.

I have made hundreds of bolt knobs from dozens of materials.

Start with a bushing with 5/16-24 internal thread.
