I am away from the house, but am told that the barrel I ordered from MGM for my Contender should be here sometime this week. I ordered it at the beginning of June. It's a stainless 24inch, bull barrel. My wife also tells me that I have a pkg at the house. I hope that's the wide forend my buddy sent me.

The bad luck did strike again. As you can see, a beautiful piece of wood, but no hanger bar.

The hanger is a comin'. The individual saw it sitting on the table and had to mail it separately. That's good because the barrel will be here this week as well. The post office just sent me a notice.
