The official court documents show that the FBI (Wray) attempted to deny JW’s FOIA request based on the the “personal privacy” exemption, of which the judge laughed at.
There are no court documents, records or motions where the FBI (Wray) refused JW’s FOIA request based on “law enforcement” which would include ongoing investigation.
