For Sale. This is a new Howa 1500 mini action in .223. 20" heavy barrel. This is as new, never fired. I was going to build it for a hunting rifle, but went a different route. Comes with the factory hang tags, box, 1 mag. Still has the factory oil on it. Price is $300. Shipping is a flat $20 to ffl in lower 48. HI or AK will be actual shipping. Questions are welcome, but the first "I'll take it" gets it. Payment by MO or certified check. Must ship to an FFL from my FFL. No local pick-up.

Any idea on the barrel twist?

It's not marked, but checking with a tight patch on a cleaning rod, I came up with 1:9

I am pretty certain the 1:9 you came up with is correct FWIW.
