If you have a normal sight and don't want to pay the $$$ for a FastFire or Vortex micro reflex sight (or have it slapping back and forth on you slide) I just found out that one from a SIG Mosquito will work.
It takes a little patience to get the screws to line up but its solid and leaves a good sight picture for the regular sights too.
Not as streamlined as the slide mounted micro's but you can use anything - scope, big red dot, etc. Nothing should break or rattle loose either.
