Found this a while back along with a 65 in .218 Bee. Its a 64 produced in 1937. It's had some hard use, but will complement my 71s well. Plus, it was cheaper than a lot of M94s that are in similar condition so I went for it. Looking forward to trying it out. The 65 was a bit more and will take longer to pay off, but was substantially cheaper than I typically see them.

The nice thing about the 64 is they came drilled & tapped for both a receiver sight or tang sight on the pre-war guns. I have one in 32 spec. made in 42 not as nice as yours but a great shooter.

I was hoping to find a 64 and 65 with bolt sights like the 71s, but no such luck.

It was a bit pricier so I haven't paid it off yet.
