JBM ballistic online can do all your what if's!! Give it a try! Very close results from all the calculators I've tried. http://jbmballistics.com/cgi-bin/jbmtraj-5.1.cgi and you can print a range card if needed.

Proper prior practice prevents piss poor performance!

Those are pretty close, drop is within a couple inches of each other out to 900 (per the calculator). The 127gr shows a little less wind drift, I'm seeing 63" vs 71" at 800. Calculations done for sea level and summer temps here, but the general idea should be about the same in other conditions.

Thanks. I wish I could get more speed out of that 127 LRX, but any more and I start to see mild signs of pressure. That sucker behaves like a MUCH heavier bullet.

The bearing surface of the 127 LRXBT is .634 the bearing surface on the 120TTSX is .625 that and the 3 channels of the 120 make all the difference. You should be able to check the actual Ballistic Coefficient of the 2 on Brian Litz web site. There may be more or less in the difference than listed. I have been hunting deer with the 260 rem for 19 years now I think this season will be my 20th and I believe it is ideally suited for 400 or maybe 500 at a push. For 600 plus I would be shooting 6.5x284 or 260AI. For coyote its game on I wouldn't care about the range or the bullet either.

Good luck and shoot straight y'all
