Murray's says 99K's start at 285,000. But the catalogs for 1926/1927 are undated and confusing, and I don't think a catalog has them in it until 1928. But, a January 1927 price list has them on it ($80). Early 1926 would be around serial number 280,000. Early 1927 would be around 292,000. So does anybody have 99K's under 300,000? Or especially under 292,000? Or seen one? The earliest ones would have an integral front sight rather than a ramp front sight. Or does anybody have a price list dated 1926? Talking with Rick, and the lowest number he has is one of Stever's that's down around 292,000.

Just looked and mine it is 3131XX, dates to 28. Just told Gary, in the last day or two, I think I might sell all of my collections, guns, chainsaws, cars, tractors, and try to put together a complete set of K's with condition. I've got the K with the Noske now to hunt with, I might keep my Malcolm because it's cool.

You are an accumulator. If you sell everything what will you accumulate besides 99-K's? That is only 5 rifles.

Sorry John, I went back and checked, I said I was keeping that one. But, if I ever have a weak moment, I have your number.

Hey, good to see ya. Already have that one, but it looks like it’s 298,641 from the pics, it’s one of the earliest we have.
