Watching the reviews on YouTube, I see several guys are having hang ups and feeding issues. Anyone here experienced the same problems?
I went today to my dealer to buy one and got delayed on my background....it may be a blessing. I might just tell them no thanks after watching these reviews.

No doubt hung up on glocks, and choking at the idea of anything else...

The 365 XL feels amazing in the hand and has a host of features I want, but I’ll be damned if I want something that has feeding issues. Just trying to see if it’s just a few guns or the whole lot.

Was on of the videos from MAC? They don’t don’t like the p365/365xl

I’ve almost 250 rounds through mine.

No problems.

I did give it a good cleaning before the first shot.

It was two totally different outfits reviewing it. Harry’s Holster was one of them. Same problem....it would hang up when it got hot. The hotter the gun got, the more it would fail to feed rounds.

have a newish 365 with safety that would not feed Federal HST.....it would feed any RN ball and Hornaday XTP s

the problem IMO seems to be sloppy mag followers (including a new 12 rounder) that allow the cartridges to nose dive and jam up solid against the feed ramp

I believe I fixed the issue by putting an upward kink in the mag springs to put extra pressure on the forward part of the follower , but Ive got some Lakeline metal followers and springs on the way to see if they are better than the factory plastic

Thanks for the input.
These guys were reporting problems with a variety of ammo including Sigs own ammo.

yup , I had a few Sig hollowpoints and they could tie up the gun too , but not quite as often as the HST

the nose profile is very similar between the HST and the Sig hollowpoints

I’ve shot the cheap, Winchester steel ammo.

For a company of Sigs reputation,
They sure seen to be willing to release premature product lately.

Sure seems to be the case. As soon as I laid hands on one, I knew I wanted it. The design and ergos are amazing. However, it appears it needed more R&D. Disappointing to say the least.

I only have about 150 rounds through my XL, including Speer 124 standard pressure Gold Dots, Winchester White Box, and 124 jacketed handloads, with no issues, but that is way too early to sign off on the gun. My original P365 (dated October 2018) is good to go, with over 2600 through it with only one slight glitch weak-hand only on about the second magazine.

When it comes to YouTubers having a commercial interest of some sort, I now treat them about the same as the national news media, agenda driven and muckraking.

Against my better judgement, I picked it up today along with a 15 round magazine. I hope it’s function can match it’s excellent ergonomics.

the Lakeline follower/ springs came and it appears that they solved the HST problem with my particular gun

I wouldnt be scared of these guns prolly 99% work fine right oughta the box , and some minor tweaking will likely fix the rest.....or Sig will fix you up if it comes to that

Update...ran 400 Winchester 115 Gr White box through this morning. Twenty six failure to return to battery. Same issue as the reviews I mentioned on YouTube. Looks like back to Sig she goes...disappointing for a $600 pistol.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble. I find that I experience less disappointment with 9mms when I run them with 124 factory Gold Dots right out of the box. I'll even throw in some +P rounds if I have some handy. Then I go to the WWB and handloads. I will shoot mine more and report after hunting season.

Yes...bang, fully extract, new round heading home, slide stops about 1/2” short of chambering the new round.
Gun is on its way back to Sig. Of course the CS guy said I was gay...”limp wristing” it. Or that it was the Winchester White Box....or the CLP that they recommend in the owners manual. Couldn’t possibly be the pistol that they rushed onto the market.
Gun is accurate as [bleep] but is garbage to me if it isn’t reliable. We will see...

Shot mine this evening while checking deer cameras.

50 rounds of Winchester steel case. No issues.

I hate you are having problems.
