Pennsylvania offered 5 bull elk tags for the September (first time ever) bugle hunt and a friend of mine was one of the lucky winners. I talked to him a couple times since his name was drawn and to say he was excited would be a giant understatement. The season opens this coming Saturday and runs till the 28th, he took the entire season off to do the hunt but I doubt he'll need it. The PA Elk Cam just amps things up........ I've applied for 13 years and patiently wait for MY phone call from the PAGC.
