Looking for someone to either paint or hydrodip a Remington 700 stock in digital camo, preferably army green.

You can buy a stencil kit for digital cameo ...I did one one time and it turned out pretty good...I used brownells alumnhyde paint.. It's pretty tough stuff and has held up well...

I'd look for a local person to do it. It will save on shipping and it's easier to complain if you don't like it.

I was cheap and bought a DIY kit. Once you figure it out it works pretty good but there's definitely a learning curve especially for someone like me who has negative artistic ability.
