First grand baby, a girl, Vida (after a maternal relative), born at 3:36 PM. 20,75 inches, 6 lbs-12 ozs. Nice and healthy. Proud as peacocks.

Things can change fast. My wife and I married in '08. Between us, we had 5 kids, all single. 2 years later, the 1st got married, then 3 others quickly followed. Now we have 6 grandkids, all 7 or younger.

Congrats! Our 1st is 18 months old now and we just adore the living heck out of her. We take her any chance we get which is totally opposite of what I thought I would want when I found out the oldest step daughter was expecting. lol Her and I have already formed an extremely strong bond. She digs her PaPa. You're going to love it!
