Rick, The site defaults are set so that if a user enters the Edit Profile screen, it defaults to "Use a stock avatar" and deletes a users custom avatar. Essentially, every time the Edit Profile screen accessed and any change is saved, it requires that the custom avatar be again uploaded. Last edited by kingston; 09/17/19.
