The problem with any Fiber Optic iron sight is that by their very design, they are not that precise. Unless you have really good eyesight, they are not good much past 30 yards or so.
And they slso DO NOT provide a bright sight picture when you need it most- in low light. That's because they are dependant on ambient light to work.
IMHO, the best iron sights for a 10/22 are a good Patridge square blade front sight like the Skinner blade Pappy recommendedi or a low set globe sight like the Lyman 17 AHB model with your choice of inserts. If low light performance is a concern , a dab of Glow paint will work better than most Fiber optics inserts.
For a rear sight, the Williams WGRS Peeo is great as well as M1 Carbine style NODAK Spud and Tech Sights.
Probably the simplest and cheapest route is one I use as the backup sights in all my utility 10/22 rifles-
the Skinner Patridge front blade with the factory Ruger rear sight. If you look closely at the Ruger sight, the notch slide has the U notch on top but there is slso a Square notch at the bottom. Flip that notch slide around so that square notch shows. It works great with a post frobt sight. And more precise than a set of Firesights .
