We've got a long tradition of not feeding wildlife in PA.

I think that everyone, regardless of his position on this, can agree that the thread is appropriately titled. Got sharky ahead in the contest, myself.

I would suggest full documentation of what he is doing, complete with pics. Do not trespass, or commit any crime yourself, and report it. Most game wardens I have ever met will work to help, and keep the headaches to the violator. As for limiting hunting to only 10 acres or more, that would be a problem for me. I own 9 acres of hunting land. (I have access to more, but that rule would prevent me from hunting my own land.) We also have laws against interfering with a legal hunt.

the only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker, is observation. all the same data is present for both. The rest, is understanding what you're seeing.

Having lived in the west all my life this is all gibberish to me.
One thing I do know though......hunting on one acre parcels is just asking for problems for everybody involved.
To the OP.......have you given any thought to setting a paper sack full of dog poop on fire on his porch?

I was addressing the is it your business part. Let freedom ring!! For a site full of overly outspoken (often rather ridiculous) conservatives... This thread is classic... So, it's not Party B's business if Party A's actions affect Party B's use of what's theirs? Party B sounds like a pu$$... be a man, go talk to them. And if Party A is that close to the line that its making Party B mad, and as well affecting Party B... sounds like Party B needs more land to hunt than too. Like the other poster... old ladies bickering at the bridge club... Go fugg yourself!!!! You spend a pile of money on a property and making improvements to it and have a jagg off mess with your use of it then come talk to me! You're not doing anything that's getting your use back for you. You're screwing it up for everyone involved.

So the guy is hunting HIS land and you’re pulling all this B.S.? Sounds like he has a great case of hunter harassment on you...and you admitted it in writing.
Slick.

This is going well, as tomorrow morning is likely to.

Baiting illegal in the area? Yes, Baiting is absolutely illegal in PA. Always has been. Thanks. That seems like an important detail. LOL I can not fathom a jurisdiction that'd prohibit your actions on your property based upon another's illegal actions on his. Easterners!

The game wardens from New Hampshire on the TV show North Woods Law, sure like to bust people for baiting. They seem to go to great lengths to do so.

What would Deflave do? Shoot the deer before his neighbor got his rifle up...Then walk out and say “My apologies neighbor - from my kitchen widow rest, it looked like the deer was on my property.” “Do you mind if I collect the deer from the top of your bait pile”? 😎

So, what he does on his property bothers you? I missed the previous post, so there's more to the story I suppose.... I made a similar thread. Not sure about the OP In my mirrored situation, I am in-violation if I hunt within 250 yrds of my neighbor's bait pile. And....game warden has told me before- don't be around it. If you’re in violation, isn’t the neighbor also in violation?

Just checking in before going out for the day. How is the operation going this morning ? Will check back this evening in case you have to resort to the water balloons and spitballs.
We pray our sights be straight and our aim be true We pray for no pain to the game we pursue We thank you Lord for this land We thank you for the sights from our stands We pray for safety, one and all We pray we may return next fall

If hunting got to be that much aggravation I would take up fishing.

You spend a pile of money on a property and making improvements to it and have a jagg off mess with your use of it then come talk to me! Its called EIQ, your lacking it. I still dont see how he’s messing with you, hes on his own land? PS - I got the land thing checked off 10 fold, enough that I dont worry about someone with “1acre”... but I apparently spent more than you, because I can get well far enough away I dont have to worry about turning into an old bitty when someone hangs a treestand on their own property and puts out a corn pile.. now go read a book on EI, you’ll benefit from it. Hey phaggot here in pa the warden can shut down any size area around the bait to hunting at his discretion for 30 days. Thats how it could effect me!!!. Also come here to SE PA and try to buy some land before u try to talk$$$ i have 38 acres i bought in peices over the years and paid ALOT of money for it! Bro.. im in md.. and i own farmS.. cry me a river... wanna talk about investments lol.. 38acres huh? Big man on campus lol.. PS - SE Pa you say, isnt baiting legal in like 4 counties in SE PA?
