Someone had posted a facebook photo of him looking at what appeared to be porn on his car computer. After investigation, it became clear that the photo was faked. The law should just assume that photo evidence, unless there's a proven chain of custody from a reputable photographer to the evidence room, etc.., is faked. With Photoshop, this is a simple thing to do.

The technology of speeding up and slower down video footage is scary . It can make a person look like a wacko drunk/drughead .
That was done to pelosi a while back .

They can find out within 24 hours what device it was posted from and go after that person.
