I bought the faberware air fryer. (It has really good reviews on good housekeeping. And it’s way cheaper than some so not out a bunch of money if I didn’t like it). I actually really like it. Everything gets crispy. When cooking in it you just have to make sure you hit each side with a spray of olive oil so it can crisp up. And halfway through cooking remove the basket and shake it so the food breaks apart. My only complaint is that the basket isn’t very big. I fit about two fillets of red snapper in the basket at a time.
