Barr is doing everything he can to protect those involved, from refusing to indict those with criminal referrals from the OIG to getting Epstein killed. His public efforts to investigate his own DOJ, the FBI and the Intel Community is just misdirection to buy time. The longer he takes to "investigate" the closer he and his handlers are to a new administration. We will see what a farce this whole "Investigation" is in the 18th when the IG report comes out and ends up a complete dud. President Trump re-tweeted as much just a week or so ago.

I might have an idea, but there are going to be twists and turns and an exponential domino effect as seemingly unrelated cases are shown to be interconnected in an incestuous web of evil.
