Some French bread on the side, Olive oil, and garlic sprinkle. A good cool weather supper. [Linked Image from i.imgur.com]

Broth, no cream?

Looks good! Good soup and some crusty bread is always a welcome meal.

About time for a batch of chili!

Line up in order men. I did put milk in. I do spend more time cookin' than I do takin' pictures.

Yes Mike, I spell poorly, I recommend you get over it.

Big James. beef tomorrow, meat loaf.

Yours is pretty fancy Wabi. Looks good!

Mine just has potatoes, butter, milk, and I throw in some ground up pork breakfast sausage right as I’m finishing it to add flavor and protein.

You're not supposed to post that without a recipe. Please

Potatoes, celery, onions, garlic, carrot, broccoli, water, lets see, the milk, bacon with grease, mostly what you have, and sounds good. Course Pepper! Some salt. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Do it any way that suits you.

Sounds good Wabi, thanks. I haven't had it like this.
We usually make the Hard Rock Cafe version of potato soup. You can find it on line, try it sometime it's pretty good.

With soup, it's fun to improvise. If you don't have it, you don't need it!
