It used to be that military service was important to conservatives but that is plainly not the case now. Free enterprise is practically non-exisrent any more; it's more a case of who gets the benefits. A record of service to the nation was once a big factor but is much less so now. The thing is, too many of those who are Democrat candidates are radical leftists and support for even a moderate candidate might make the others think you support their agenda as well. Of the current crop, Biden is probably the least objectionable. In the end, I don't much care who the Democrats run because I won't vote for them anyway. I just wish the Republicans were represented by someone I could like. GD
