and then people were given a little space, that was considered 'adequate' by the government to call home..
you and your 50 room mates, and ONE public bathroom...
kinda like being locked up in a prison and living full time in an old style youth hostel...
these type of places will be all over the country by the next decade or so...
and when the democRATS get back into power..... your home now, may have 5 or 6 families living it... at the command and enforcement of the leftist communist democRATs...
