The past two weeks I spent time up on the Highline between Shelby and Scobey.

I notice a lot of wheat fields had not been harvested.

Someone told me, he thought they had to much wheat and just didn't cut it.

I know sometimes with the cost of fuel they can hardly break even getting it out of the field..

Or maybe it was bad weather?

What I saw standing was knee high with nice mature heads; only now it was turning gray.
.
Will it be turned under and replanted? Or will they run cattle on it? I know one thing the whitetail love it!
