Orion, just about any composite stock can be converted right to left and vice-versa as long as a repaint is in the works. Of course, if you're talking wood, that's a different situation.
Actually, based on a LH HVA on GB, it looks like a LH Win M70 wood featherweight stock would not be too difficult to retrofit to an HVA barreled action. Front recoil lug, and front of BM would need to be reworked. But, overall depth and draft angle of BM appear to be fairly close.
