I don't have any Rl-26 data for the 30-338, but my old load was 68.5 Grains H-4831 under a 200 grain Nosler Partition, Fed 215 Primer, reformed Win Brass. I used this in a 22" barreled Ruger M77 MK1 30-06 rechambered to 30-338.

Can you use .308 Norma numbers; what’s the difference in case capacity vs a .300 Win Mag?

Drop back from the 300 Win. Mag loads about 12 grains and work back up to within 9-10 grains of the win. charges. The 300 WSM is pretty close about 2 grs. more than the 30-338. So I would be comfortable to go within 1-2 grs. of the 300 WSM data. These two will have more data than the Norma 300s.

Nosler doesn't have anything listed for 26, but they do have some solid loads for a few other powders. If it were me, I'd use the RL22 data provided and sub 26 in there and work up slowly. A fella with QL should be able to give you some numbers as well.

Sometimes I check equivalency, two different powders in a similar round, to get the mathematical relationship between them. I extrapolate the target load, start low and go slow.

Chrono helps.
