Yeah the company that manufactures pistols that everyone else competes against and uses as a reference standard.

You WILL love it. Probably the most reliable/practical field gun on the market today.

Is the 20SF a smaller frame like the 21SF?

I have one and it shoots circles around my G17. About as accurate in my hands as a good 1911. I like it a lot.

Hey, Coobie, ya' shoot 'er yet? I've become a 10mm fan, have a Kimber Eclipse Custom II on the way, but would snap up a G20 or G40 if I was in the mood and saw one for a good price.
What are you guys shooting in yours? My Sig P220 loves the cheap Sig Elite Ball 180 Grain.

My G20SF is the last handgun I’d get rid of.

I may get a G29 as the velocity difference between the 29 and 20 when your in the 220 hard cast region does not seem to be that much according to some. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVwbZ0m2llQ

I bought one for the woods. I run up against feral hogs quite a lot one time I was in a confrontation with a really big bore that took a while before it decided to give way. all I had at the time was a 357J frame which while it would’ve been adequate if I shot well only had five rounds.
I don’t reload and after a few years I got tired of hardly ever being able to find ammo for it, then after our own Phill downed a grizzly with a snub is 9 mm in Alaska it occurred to me that 16 rounds of 9 mm solids out of my Glock 19 fires at an inbound pig might be as good as 11 rounds of 10 mm especially if those 9 mm rounds were delivered faster and more accurately.

that is the eternal dilemma, a compact LW 9mm with 12 or so +P 147 grain hard cast bullets, or the much larger frame size 10mm, however after watching the 10 shoot through all of the gelatin I am leaning to the G29 with 220 grain hard cast. OTOH even a glock 30 loaded with the Buffalo bore 230 grain hard cast 45ACP ammo at 925 FPS would probably be interesting.

I wish I knew how to borrow and post a story from Glock Talk.
There is an article about a guy in Alaska stopping a grizzly charge with a Glock 20 and HSM ammo.
