I probably wouldn't use your rimfire and convert it to the 327

I will keep you in the loop on Dennis.

Would your man Dennis, take that work in you think? Was able to dig up three # 4’s at Tulsa this weekend. One is a beauty being it’s 84 years old. Two are great in their own right. You posting the picture of your 45-70 started me on a quest for one. Having never paid much attention to them as a single shot enthusiast, I can’t believe I have done myself such a disservice for so long. Now, I can’t turn one down hardly. I tip my hat to you. When I did my Favorite I found an elderly gentleman in Grand Prairie, Texas that sold NOS Stevens parts. I need to search for his contact and put it close in hand. They are neat little rifles.
