in for that. Ha you are funny.... Turnbulls cost was $2200(included new bases and rings,refinish stock and forend, install red recoil pad and color case hardening) the rest is what I have in to the rifle and scope

Nice Dan. I need to throw up some photos of the work they recently did on my 1920's 16 gauge LeFever Nitro Special. Though it took a second trip back to get it right mechanically it is a stunner.
Conduct is the best proof of character.

That's gorgeous. Pretty cool to turn a great shooter into a work of art. Hope you bring it on the hog hunt this year! I need to have Doug do my Marlin Cowboy 45 long colt. Maybe I can pick it up when we come up fishing next year ;-)

Beauty! I just picked up a '74 444 Marlin a few weeks ago & I love that gun already. The Turnbull work on yours makes it quite a showpiece.

Real nice rifle. The 444 is one of my favourite calibers. I've taken a pile of game with mine, including grizzly bears. Have you installed the Wild West Trigger and bear proof ejector? They are well worth the money. The trigger in particular is outstanding.
