I turned 70 in October and I don't really feel old other than some unsteadiness on my feet which started a couple of years ago. I worked with my Physical Therapist to help with this and also started working out in the gym 3x a week. Balance issue is improved but I don't think it will ever be like when I was younger, just have to be more careful now I use a hiking stick when walking on uneven ground.

Attitude is everything, when combined w/ a little luck. My growler did 4.3 miles today and ascended 540 feet. She completed PT for her 4th knee surgery in 2 years on the 18th of Oct. We are doing advanced therapy w/ a month in Jackson, Wy. Life is good if you don't weaken.

73 and counting- - - - - - just bought a few pieces of equipment for the machine shop I'm about to open, and I travel around a thousand miles a week evaluating automotive warranty claims after retiring from 30+ years as an auto mechanics instructor. One of these days I'll figure out what I want to do when I grow up. I was the only one at my 55-year high school class reunion riding a Harley!

I'm not old yet, but when I get to the point where I won't go camping without a cot, I'll know I'm getting close!

I too have a few problems that I didn’t used to have. As has been said, I’m not as steady on my feet as I once was, and I am now stiff after sitting for a while. I still deer hunt, but no longer climb into a ladder stand. For some reason, I seem to prefer a blind that’s pretty close to ground level. I don’t really like rifles that recoil very much, and I download my 44 Magnum handguns a bit. I’m sure that my malady is the advent of “old age” creeping in........but I’m only 75.

I'll be 73 next month, I just bought t a new motorcycle for hunting coyotes out here on the desert. I can still do everything I did at 21, it just hurts more and takes longer.

After the first shot the rest are just noise.
