Thinking semi skinner or lite skinner and bird and trout? Coffee burlap. Nothing elaborate pin wise I guess unless something would just look awesome you think. Jimping on spine 1”.
Which color for the liners?
Combo and individual sheaths
Use for deer, turkey, pig, and everything in between
This will be first custom knives I have ever ordered or purchased. What’s your thoughts on this??
What other than handle color would you do different? These are for use in the woods not collecting

Course, one can always Mix and Match to form a set. Kingfisher, A2 steel & Desert Ironwood Dirk in Cocobolo PIg & Coon in Canvas Micarta I'd pretty much say....... The Sky (and your imagination) is the limit! ya! GWB

Here is my Lite Skinner in Coffee Bag Burlap... My #4 B&T is Westinghouse. I don't have a picture of it handy. I think they would make a terrific combo.

If this is your first custom order, call him. He's a wealth of knowledge and will not steer you wrong. He's pretty open to modifying his patterns. I would personally just order a Lite Combo. It's a great combo and when it's finished just get back on the list for a B&T or maybe a yellow jacket. The first order has been the gateway for a bunch of us. -I think bright liners would look good with the coffebag scales. I'd probably get orange. I'm sure the burlap micarta will be an upgrade. Canvas/linen micarta or g10 would all be fine for what you want. Check out all the pics of the jigging he does. He can polish your scales (looks nicer) all the way to jig/bead blast (max grip), depending on what you want. -His pawprint mosaics look really nice -I would get a combo sheath and then a sheath (probably kydex) for whichever you would carry solo. -If you veer outside the base choices, your price will add up quick. Everything you change will be x2.

Those Ingram Lambs and the Lite Skinner above... Wow. Great looking knives.
kevinJ, if you know anyone near you who has a few Ingram's you might like to handle them to get an idea how the various models balance in your hand. Hope you post a pic of your combo when it arrives

You guys are a wealth of knowledge and have some beautiful knives
Unfortunately I do not know anyone who owns anything made by Ingram to try them.
Geedubya, which one of those sets you gonna gift me for Christmas?!!! Lol
I will call him this week.
What’s wait times typically end up being. Are knife makers like gun makers with delivery, never what they say?
Keep the pics coming if you don’t mind

But once your name is up, 2 wks is what I’ve seen start to finish.

For deer my favorite combo from Mr. Ingram is a Semi #1 and a Yellow Jacket. OLD pic but I used this pair yesterday to gutless process a deer. Lot's of good choices, the pair that fits you and your cutting preferences best is the way to go. I like smaller blades and these work great for me. Regarding handles, I like bright colors so I can find them easy if I set them down. [ Linked Image]
