The head of the Alaska Alcohol and Marijuana Control Office has been fired following a 3-2 vote by the Alaska Marijuana Control Board.

I remember Ruth but haven't followed the MJ issues.......she must've been a doozy! Previously fired from the alcohol board (it’s a combined alcohol and marijuana board). She was instrumental in the rediculous brewery and distillery rules.

There are two sides to the rules and after listening to both the breweries are trying to get a big foot up on restaurants for far less money...
