But, like you say, there's no doubting the utility of stainless.

I've been enamored of the look ever since. Waiting to take possession of a 4" 629 I got from the classifieds here. It arrived by FedEx last Monday, but work schedule got me to the FFL on Thursday. NICS punched a hole in Thursday and I'll have to wait til Monday again to pick it up. I get the right grips on it, and a pretty holster, I'll try to post a pic worthy of EdM... A 63, my second handgun bought when I was in high school. A 610. A 657. A 624. Another 624. All stocks stowed away... Conduct is the best proof of character.
