The refs missed that spot. The ball should be back two yards, where the players knee was down. Baylor should ask for a review of the spot if possible.
How come NFL refs generally always get the spot correct, but college refs are +/- two yards when spotting a ball?
I guess that's what you call OU magic!

They are coached to hold on every play, because the coaches know the refs will not call it on every play. Been that way for decades at OU.
