I am setting up one of my husky's up with a pecar 4x10 scope. I have vintage redfield Jr. 26mm Split rings. I need to know what base will work. there is one on ebay it is a "Frontier Redfield 513136 2 Piece Scope Mount Bases" dose anybody know if it will work on my action. Is 1640 a small ring or large? any insight will be apprecheated!

1640 is a small ring action.
Shew me thy ways, O LORD: teach me thy paths. "there are few better cartridges on Earth than the 7 x 57mm Mauser" "the .30 Springfield is light, accurate, penetrating, and has surprising stopping power"

I have a vintage redfield one piece base JR H model # 511135. Not sure if it’ll fit your rifle, but it is for the Husqvarna. This mount is used but I have the original box and paperwork. PM me if your interested.

If you have turn-in style rings the Frontier bases won't work. You need a Redfield JR-HC one-piece base, # 511136, or the Leupold version.
