It's only pertinent if it related to the reason behind the hit. There are some stories that member of this community were involved in the NXIVM Sex Cult, and recruited the daughter of one of the Mexican drug lords. I could see where that might not end well.

The idea that it was a mistaken hit among drug cartels is absurd. They are supposed to be shooting short Mexican adult men who have machine guns, and instead, at close range, are shooting 5 foot 9 inch blonde American women, with little 9 month old children.
