I decided to only buy/build rifles that look better than me. Not hard to do, easy pickins these days....

Two things come to mind:

Why do you care?

What makes you think it's fear, not prudence or just a desire for a bit of privacy in this world where that's almost never an option any more.

Some time ago another member (who shall remain nameless😜) wondered why everyone used handles and avatars instead of being reticent about it. The answers he got were varied, but practical.

I, on the other hand, wonder why so many are obsessed with plastering their names, faces, "accomplishments", and those of their family all over the www.

If someone else covered this, I apologize, but no way am I reading eleven pages to avoid duplication.

This makes the case for not posting pictures of yourself or family members.

I guess the ones I "care" about are the braggerts and shiit talkers pappy. That's all.

That should be pretty much self-explanatory, I would think.🤔

Happy Thanksgiving, btw. I'm cooking today to get back to the killing asap. Good luck to all still trying to make meat, or more meat, as the case may be.

Those are some good questions. Obsessions are basically the forming material of a mental disorder if not kept in check

Most of us could care less and are just here to learn some useful information, like to eat venison and enjoy the woods. Camp 3 is a good place to be

And your one of em..... Sorry you have soooo much to learn, the best way to learn, is to do... Hint

I hunt to kill, to be successful, if I want a nature walk I got all year to do that, in a hellava lot better weather and a hellava lot cheaper.... As for venison it yet given to folks at work, folks in the locales I hunt or neighbors... You want "good" eating, go buy a ribeye....
