Pretty cool for a budget boomer. But they cheaped out with aluminum Williams sights and that windage adjustable base setup will puke pretty soon with the recoil of the 505.

Don't think I'd want to shoot that with the sharp downward curve of the pistol grip. That trigger guard would slam into your finger at every shot.

You save that one for your friends. Hey I've got this new gun, you want to shoot it?

Nope,I would like it better if it was in an express/safari style rifle.

It would make a decent deer rifle. Eh, maybe squirrels.

Yes. Over 100 ft/lb of recoil from a 10 lb rifle. Ouch!

Pretty cool for a budget boomer. But they cheaped out with aluminum Williams sights and that windage adjustable base setup will puke pretty soon with the recoil of the 505. Do you say this from experience? The Williams sight is cheap and utilitarian, but it should hold up just fine. However, I would have sprung for Recknagle parts, myself.

The Williams sights will likely hold up, but they are cheap and to my eye anyway not befitting a nice express rifle. The windage adjustable base will absolutely cause problems at that level of recoil.
