Can I see your mule deer mounts? #14331604 12/02/19 Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 461 North Dakota BwanaND OP Campfire Member OP BwanaND Campfire Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 461 North Dakota Shot a mule deer buck this fall and intend to get it mounted but am looking for some ideas on how to do it. I tend to lean towards the semi-sneak with it turned one way or the other but am considering doing a wall pedestal-type of mount. Anyone willing to share pictures of how they had their mule deer mounted in order to give me some ideas?

Think I'm gonna just paint this a bit and leave it about as is. I like it. I'm gonna do the same with this guy too... Simple is good often times. This guy was dropped and his skull plate was smashed. That one is fourth biggest actually but still bumping 190*... Your whitetails are something else.. I always consider ear position when planning the posture of a mount. I laid the ears back on mine because he had mass and height but wasn’t really wide.
