To early to make a pot of coffee here, a cup of tea to start the day.

I drink alot of hot tea, but usually in the evenings. Coffee in the mornings, and throughout the day.

I pick up "bulk tea" from a Market District not too far away. They have a variety of flavors so I try to mix it up a bit.

Last night I had "Green Tea Garden". Good with raw honey. I have some Cinnamon Cardimon in there too, its good with milk.

I've heard that herbal tea is very good for you, something about antioxidants.

I have read America was a country of tea drinkers until that party at Boston harbor on December 16. laugh

I got serious, and started the coffee. I wake up earlier than my wife, not so good when the pot shuts off before she is up.

My buddies dad came to deer camp this year. He is in his 80s, combat marine from Korea. About Wednesday he announced we needed tea after hunting to warm us up so I joined him. My son rolled his eyes and mentioned a past member of our group (a bourbon drinker) who would have lost his mind seeing us sipping tea. I myself like tea and every few months take a break from coffee and drink it exclusively.

I enjoy hot tea in the cooler months of the year, especially at night. Herbal Peppermint is my favorite and that it is decaffeinated, I'm not kept awake when I go to bed.

A man of impeccable taste!

I got hooked on hot black tea with cream and a bit of sugar in my late teens/early 20's. Seems like it was right about the time of that famous party in Boston Harbor... grin

Then, I switched to coffee when my fellow coppers on midnight shift decided that tea drinkers should pick up the tab. frown

Found Lapsang Souchong when at a real Chinese restaurant in Anchorage and have loved it ever since.

English mom, 4 years in England, so I grew up with hot tea............. must have cream and sugar.

really like Earl Grey, and others, but I am allergic to bergamot extract............. so can't drink that much or get a throat irritation...

As regular day in and day out tea, I like Ty Phoo....

You'll have to try this yourself......... Try a hot cup of tea and your favorite cigar together, 'tis amazing the flavor change, DON't dip it, dipchitt, just try them at the same time.................

Cheers

Ahhh!! Tea and coffee!

Even the Maesteo Bach composed a cantata to the new beverage sweeping all of Europe!

Frederick the Great was not so pleased with the drink. It took revenue out of Prussia!!!! He was an advocate for beer. Wanted to outlaw it’s consumption. And stated that only a true and patriotic Prussian would ignore coffee and drink beer!

Bier! Es ist nicht mehr nur zum Frühstück da!
