At work I happened to be in the right place at the right time and was given 3 pounds of cheese. Swiss cave aged gruyere, See label below.
No idea how much this costs but wow is it good. Almost tastes like pineapple. Hard to explain but trust me, it is amazing. Anyone more knowledgeable than me please tell me all you know about gruyere. Thanks.
