My .357 seating stem in set up for rounded bullets. Is there any easy way to taper the inside so it is better suited for more pointed bullets?

A lathe & the ability to grind tooling. or Contact your die manufacturer & ask if they offer alternative seating stems.

You can custom make a seating stem to match the bullet you are using with JB Weld and a release agent. Sometimes you have to go to a larger stem but often you can use the existing stem. Very easy to do and very effective in reducing run out.

I wrote this up. It worked really well. https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbt...-jb-customized-seating-plug#Post13575563Have since done a 6.5x54 M-S, which also worked great.
