Cool videos, and I think the honey badger is badass too. We watched one tear a skunk to smitherines from about 20 yds my last trip over there. The PH did confirm that they are scared of nothing.

First thing I noticed in the first video is which end of the snake the Honey Badger had hold of.....
I have "CDO". It is just like "OCD" except the letters are in alphabetical order LIKE THEY SHOULD BE!

That's fascinating. You talk about tenacity. That honey badger was probably going to become python poop. You'd think after being released from the stranglehold of death it might want to take a break. Nope. Not only did it not want to take a break, it wanted to make a meal out of the python and was willing to kick some jackal ass to do it.
