Its just enough to give ya a taste of what ya might have got.
Before the govt chronies always eyeing these increase,s got their part of it tax wise and medical insurance wise.

I’m thankful I have teachers retirement, living on Social Security would be tough! They will penalize my SS a little when I begin taking the teachers retirement, but that’s ok.

This getting old stuff is something else. I was jumping off garage roofs when I was 19 and thinking nothing off it. Now I'm in a full body cast for a week if I sleep wrong.

Got my letter Saturday. I get to revel in a massive $2 raise.
At least the SSA is ahead of the USAF; I haven't gotten their statement about next year's generous raise yet. I'm thinking that the two together might get me a Happy Meal a month!

My wife got her statement yesterday. Mine came a week or so ago. I looked at the huge increase, then I bought gas. Not so easy come, easy go.

Got mine Saturday 1.6% raise Thanks. Been waiting on mine because have to report my estimated income for next year. The more accurate it is, the better. Maybe mine will show up today and I can make a copy and send it in with the other stuff.

My wife got hers Monday but I have not received mine yet. She got a $26 raise, but her Medicare payments went up $7.00/month. So I guess you could say she got a $19/month raise.
