Wife has back problems and surgery only having a 30 percent success rate we decided to try an inversion table .
Got her a Health Gear after she tried a friends and assembly directions was excellent and all parts there .
A big plus these days .
She has used it every day over the weekend and says it gives her a good bit of relief .
Also says she could feel herself being stretched back out , which is were the relief comes from on compressed vertebrae’s .
So I thought I would give this bad boy a spin for chits and giggles ,
When I went upside down it felt like the blood rushed to my head so fast I didn’t even think about vertebrae’s , LMAO . Thank God I hadn’t been drinking , might have been a black out .
After 4-5 minutes , and getting back upright , holy mackerel , who needs booze !
Anyway , good product if you are looking for one .

Iv'e heard positive things over the years about them from a couple of friends, but it looks like a good way to cause a brain aneurism to me.

Had one, and loved it! You don’t have to start out at full/complete inversion. Start out slow and moderate angle.....work into the full inversion over a period of time! Unless you like the “brain rush”! memtb

Lol , hell that was about a third of full tilt .
That’s what surprised me . Used to play on monkey bars all the time , up until my 50’s , skin the cat and all that stuff , inverted set ups .
Was able to still get a few inverted set ups while tilted but good lord the head rush .
Hopefully will get better

I have one of those, teeter ups brand i think.

It was a novelty around here for a while, then it got moved to the garage, now it's at phase 3...piled up outside the garage beside other junk and headed to the recycler for what little weight in steel it contributes to my trailer full of waah machines and water heaters.

I really hate that, I paid $300 for it 20 yrs ago.

My back hurts enough now, I'd almost go scrub the tree sap off of it and try.

My chiropractor and neurologist both told me not use it. Said it might give me an anuerysm. lol

I used to have really bad sciatica. I got a cheap on at Big 5 sports. I used it for about 5 minutes a day for a month or so and no more sciatica. That was about 9 years ago and I am starting to get some lower back pain again. I may get another one.

Wife had one. Part of the back problem was actually hip trouble made the hip worse. A therapist had a neck harness used lying down. That helped some on my neck, good old massage did the best. We also have a barney fife harness somewhere
