He spoke the truth! If I had falsified information or left out important information for a judge to make a decision on an arrest or search warrant, they'd have my ass strung up on the courthouse square.

What I did see was Cruz Excoriate the FBI and the DOJ and make an excellent speech about all the criminal activity and political bias performed by the FBI and the DOJ, but I never heard him take on Horowitz and confront him on his phony assessment.
If I missed that, please enlighten me.

Ted can excoriate all he wants to,, but it really means nothing. Ted is still butt hurt over the 2016 election, and I don't trust him to do much other than grandstand and posture. I don't trust him at all.
I guess that means Cruz is playing the role of bad cop in this theater? They have to have actors appealing to all demographics in order to keep the charade moving along. How many times have we heard Cruz or Gowdy make rousing speeches. Has anything ever come from any of them? No.
Cruz has proved to be one of Trump's most loyal supporters. He has taken on all comers in the fight against Trump and continues his fight against the deep state. That's what he went there for and what got him in so much trouble with them about if you'll remember back. He actually called McConnell a liar.
Trump and Cruz have mended their fences but it looks like some around here haven't.

people are going to look back at this 20 years from now and be amazed that Donald Trump won the presidency with both parties , the executive, legislative AND Judicial branches of the government against him. Perhaps the one thing that saved him is they were all acting independently.
If anything proves that our forefathers got this right, its that the people could elect a man like Trump in that situation.
