The Speaker of the House is now promising the radical Leftists in her party that she will stop Trump from sending the final withdrawal notice. And her plan would work.
Pelosi wants to use the power of the purse to make it illegal to spend even a cent of treasury funds or government employee man hours to deliver the final withdrawal notice. And she has tacked her amendment to a must-pass spending bill that Congress must pass by the end of next week.
Hey Mr. President, let me know if you want me to personally pay the postage for that final letter. I'd be happy to do it.

Wouldn't the treaty be invalid if it was not approved by the Senate, as all treaties are supposed to be.
