Cool old rifles Men, I have one from 1946 I think, it's a little shooter too, with either the 45gr TSX or 45/46gr Speers with a case full of lil-gun lit with CCI-450 mag primers.

Yessir, little SG DF, I need to get it out and shoot some tree rats with it this winter. got a bag of 100 of the Speers sitting on the counter by the safe, it's zeroed dead on at 25 yards with those, that would be a mighty tall tree ; ]

DF LOL DF, You would be proud, I don't use a drop tube with the Speers, the reason for it and the two step seating program with the 45gr Barnes TSX was to spin/shoot that thing as fast as possible as I was only marginally stabilized, when I saw nice round holes in the paper at 200, I knew I had her whipped.

You bet they are B, a poster here that goes buy JCxxx? shot several deer with that bullet, and in a Contender pistol no less, leaving at 2922 fps from my riffle should make em a bit better, I did shoot lengthways through a coyote at 88 yards, he was pestering a cow down trying to calve, I cured that sombitch's dinner plans for the evening ; ]

Ha! Love it Gunner! That little demon sounds pretty fun! LOL, it is Big Buddy, I hit that dog dead in the chest, the little 45gr TSX buzzsaw exited about 2 inches off dead center tailpipe, he gave it up.

Shot a yote with mine couple yrs ago Sierra 40 HP, lil-gun, about 80 yds facing me...aimed right below the chin, went in just below top of chest.. bang flop, never moved picked him up sounded like a jug half full water.....got a old Redfield 2 x 7 riding on her and at 200 steps will put 2 side by side clean thru 2 x 6 treated green timbers....will take the brains out of a yote if you want.
