I need to order a couple. Both Remington Model Seven actions

First is a 22-250. Their fit guide lists Remington 22-250 for both the #64 and the #4. Any idea what the difference is?

Second is a 6.5 Saum. The closest thing on their fitment guide is #4 (6.5x55) or #44 (6.5-284) or #68 (264 win mag)

Anyone have any guidance? I’ve both emailed and called Eric Sinclair at the contact info on their website and have not heard back

I’ve never held one in my hand before so I don’t really understand them or else maybe I could make a better educated guess

Thanks in advance

I can't help you with your question. But, I called them today and someone answered the phone. The gentleman was very helpful on the phone.

I can't see any of their bore guides working great for both as you state with the #4.

Gonna have to keep calling.

If you do get a hold of someone, ask which ones I need for Kimber Montanas in .223 and .243

Screw you! I'm voting for Trump again!

Since the # 64 is for 22 caliber only, the hole through the middle will be smaller than the # 4, which will also work with the bigger calibers. I'd get the # 4 to cover future bases.

For the 6.5 SAUM, you'll need the # 41 for the Ultra Mag cases.

Thanks everyone. Spoke to Possum Hollow today and he recommended the 64 for the 22-250 and 131 for the 6.5 saum. The 131 seems to be designed for a WSSM so I’m wondering if aalf’s suggestion of the 41 is a better one. He suggested i try to find someone with them in stock and if not to call him back and i could buy them directly from them. Since nobody carries a 131 I’ll be calling him back tomorrow anyway

Sorry Higbean, i forgot to ask about your Kimber Montanas but here is the Possum Hollow cheat sheet i found on MidwayUSA:
