What features make one that is "decent" in your mind?
I'd buy one from White Oak and get 1/4 MOA clicks.

Now is a good time to look for them used, since NRA & CMP Highpower have allowed the use of scopes.

Ok, maybe not THAT decent. depends on your demands but WOA makes the most repeatable best rear AR sights out there bar none. Bar none. Very few folks would need them that good though.

I've never had or used a double-pinned rear sight, but that WOA does look really nice.
For most of us, shooting ARs and ammo that will typically group around 1.5-2.0 moa, we really don't get the intended benefit of a 1/4 moa sight, built that tight.

Nothing wrong with a Colt carry handle either. The PSA is probably fine too.

I have several from Aero Precision. If you catch them on a sale the price is pretty reasonable for a great product.

I bought a DPMS carry handle for $99. It is well made.

I've found several Colt take-off's for less than $50. Easy if you ask around on different forums. They are true mispec height and better quality than the PSA carry handles.
