Called McMillian today to inquire about another Remington Classic stock with the Edge fill. I really like this stock, fits me like a glove. The new price as of 1/1/2020 is $750.00 plus shipping. WHOA! Last one I bought was $636.00, which was a stretch. Love their product, others are not equal IMHO, but had to pass. I'm betting wait times will not be as long in the future.

I’d think the higher price will cut down on wait time.
I ordered a Hunters Edge in Dec thru Rick here at the Fire Store. Glad I did it when I did it.

I ordered one in late Dec, standard fill, mcmillan hunter for Rem 700. Cost was I believe just over $600, with 3-4 months wait. I have quite a few of them, but at the new price, I’ll likely not buy more of them.

Rick just posted recently that the gear shop is being overhauled and will be back.....and that those interested in a McMillan should contact him directly as he was selling them essentially for last years' prices.

I like McMillan stocks. However, they're getting out of touch with the market. When you look at what's being offered by Mesa Precision Arms and AG Composites, it's easy to see that McMillan is gaining some competition. At the prices McMillan is asking today, I'm cruising the competition.
