Looks like someone pounded b<c>d* head one too many times on cement or pavement or a wet paper sack.

Really late to this dance, but I bought a bunch of Bruce's bullets off eBay about 10 or so years ago. Mostly because he used Sierra jackets and they, of course were bonded. I shot many at targets and they were very accurate. In fact his 175-grain 7mm bullet was the most accurate bullet I ever found for my Ruger 7 Mag. Only shot one animal with them. My largest PA Whitetail both in body and rack. That was with my 7-08, and the bullet performed perfectly. I have a lot of .257, 105-grain hollow points that my .250 Savage bolt gun just loves. I do not believe Bruce is in the bullet business anymore. Cal's lead bullet ban was probably a big reason.
